I have just returned from having ear wax removed and I can't praise the service I received highly enough. The team accommodated me at short notice and I was dealt with professionally, politely and informatively. The procedure was painless, and after a week of struggling to hear anything the relief I now feel is immeasurable. However, I will hold off a week before telling my wife what an amazing job was done!
